Coreso SA and TSCNET Services GmbH, Regional Coordination Centres (RCCs) for European TSOs, are jointly implementing the CorNet Programme - an initiative to develop a shared IT platform and operating model supporting future TSO services. We are seeking an experienced IT Programme Buyer to establish procurement frameworks, conduct EU-compliant tenders, manage contracts, and oversee vendor performance. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure strategic alignment, quality, and budget compliance throughout the programme lifecycle. Predominantly remote service delivery is expected. However, the IT Program Buyer may from time to time be requested to work on premises (in Europe) such as Brussels, Belgium or Munich, Germany to exchange confidential information, present findings and hold meetings.
