For the purpose of ensuring and further improving the effectiveness, safety, and quality of the flight test activities conducted by the German Aerospace Center (DLR), Institute of Flight Systems, the contracting authority intends to procure training services leading to the acquisition of the following qualifications: Two (2) employees of the Institute shall obtain the EASA-certified Competency Level 2 (“Category 2”) Lead Flight Test Engineer (LFTE) qualification for fixed-wing aircraft.
