The service provider will manage the integrator activities for both modules developed by himself and modules delivered by the lot 2 & 3 service providers. | The service provider will design and develop the modules that require electrical grid knowledge needed to provide the Common Grid Model and Coordinated Security Analysis services. In further stages, Coordinated Capacity Calculation, Short Term Adequacy Assessment Process and Outage Planning Coordination services could also be considered. | The service provider will develop the RAO module. | The service provider will act as a single point of contact providing support level 1 (ticket management, phone calls, e-mails) and level 2 (more in-depth analysis and dispatching of the ticket to the right party in charge of the level 3). | The service provider will provide the Integration tests, System tests and Security tests.
