An analog and digital backend chip design software will be required for the development of high complex and high performance chiplets from netlist and schematic to GDSII chip layouts in tiny nanometer technologies. This request for proposal covers analog design tools, consisting of an advanced analog layout tool for small nanometer technologies covering electromigration and RF extensions, mixed signal design characterization tool for library element generation including multi-PVT, variation and aging modelling and mixed signal extension for digital functional simulator.
