This tender concerns technical & administrative services to support the digital transformation of the Moroccan"s Public Sector and Economy in the form of a short-term expert pool. These technical and administrative services are divided into four short term pools that distinguish between management support for the projects, e.g. assistance in setting up the M&E system, development of capacity works tools or moderation of planification workshops ("International short-term expert pool for management support" with 10 experts), thematic /technical services and IT project management & advisory services. For the thematic technical services, thematic expertise in the field of digital transformation of the public administration and of small- and medium-sized enterprises is envisaged to be mobilized to contribute to the objectives of the two projects.
